Hi, I’m Karolina — mum of three, doula, yoga teacher, hypnobirthing educator, and massage therapist specialising in prenatal and postnatal care.

No previous yoga practice necessary, the movement is very gentle. No equipment required. No special clothes needed. Just you and your baby. Bit of breathing, bit of moving. Being. Simple as that.
